There is an inner and outer world. The outer world is everything that we perceive with our 5 senses (see, touch, taste, smell, hear), the rest is inner world. Some people are more conscious of the inner world then others, depending on persons spiritual development.

I'm going to present you with a very simple striation of human existence from spiritual point of view. Let's get started.

Physical body

Every human being has a physical body. I thing there is no doubt about it; we can see it, touch it...

Vital body

Second level of our existence is vital body. The proof for this part of our existence you can get, if you most intensely rub your hands for about one minute. Than stop it and very, very slowly start to open up your hands. When they are about 10 cm (3,9 inch) a part slightly move them closer again. If you have done this correctly you are bound to feel there is something between your hands, there will be some kind of resistance that makes it harder to put them together. This is the energy field that has been intensified.Some people can even see this energy field – vital body. It is known as aura.

Mental body

Next part of our existence is mental body. This is the place of thoughts. Researches show that approximately 75% of thoughts that we think are not ours, we got them from others.

Spiritual heart

Let's move to more subtle part of our existence called spiritual heart. Spiritual heart has nothing to do with a physical heart. It is a spiritual center located in the middle of our chest. If is a place that you point when you say I. We do this intuitively, because deep in side a spiritual heart our Soul is located, our true existence. Spiritual heart is known as the door to the inner world.

Soul

Soul is spark of God with special mission.

God

The highest part of our existence is God – infinite, eternal and immortal Light, Love, Peace, Power...

We are not the body – we have a body.

We are not emotions – we have emotions.

We are not our thoughts – we have thoughts.

We are not even the Soul – we have a Soul.

We are God.

God is manifesting through body as Light, through vital as Power, through mind as Peace, through heart as Love and through Soul as Beauty.
