You can use hypnosis to lose weight but not the way that you think.

Target Healthy Behaviors

Hypnosis can be used to reprogram the mind with new behaviors that will eventually become your new habits of choice. Choose wisely and determine what are the behaviors you want to change and create. Do you want to eat less, eat healthier, exercise more? These are some of the targeted behaviors that will increase your success in your goal to reduce your weight.

How Much Should You Weight?

Find out what weight you should be. It's important to have a frame of reference to how much weight you want to take off. If it is more than 10 to 20 pounds then you should focus on taking off the weight in increments. Reward Yourself With Sex

After you reach your intermediary goal give yourself a reward that has nothing to do with food. Sex works great! In fact there was a study that showed that when women fantasized about adulterous affairs they were far more motivated to lose weight and were far more successful too! I say use whatever tool will help you to achieve your success. (I'm not advocating infideltiy, or amoral behaviors, but how you use your mind is totally up to you. You don't have to share your private thoughts with anyone.)
