Thanks, you're right on...sometimes stress is needed, after all you'd be in trouble if you weren't concerned about crossing a busy highway, lol...anyway, there are different kinds of stress in life...some good and some not so good, the idea is to accept stress as a part of life, but learn to live with it in a way that's balanced with other healthy activities.
