life too short..dont just smoke it away......

i used to wonder why people smoke...well its kinda fascinating to me,all those smoke coming out from a small finger size soft wrapped structure,what actually people get from it.....,?????so i decided to explore myself,get to know more about it,what if i able to share something with my friends,good or bad though.....


 if you have the habit of smoking,ouit it now,cigarettes and second hand cigarette smoke are dangerous.

manufactured out of cured and finely cut tobacco leaves and reconstituted tobacco, often combined with other adittives  then rolled or stuffed into a paper-wrapped cylinder.

smoking has bad eeffect on human body and are deadly.There are thousands of toxic chemicals in it.Each ingredients in cigarettesaffect everything from the internal functioning of organs to the efficiency of the body's immune system.

Smoking Effects on the Human Body:

  • toxic chemicals cause damage to body.
  • nicotine ,the main content ,spreads the entiere body within 10 sec
  • carbondioxide, diffuse in blood cell,causing cells not to carry oxygen.
  • Cancer-causing agents (carcinogens) in tobacco smoke damage important genes that control the growth of cells, causing them to grow abnormally or to reproduce too rapidly
  • lower level of antidoxant,which are needed for repairing the damaged cells.
  • results in chronic inflammation,another damaging process that may result in oxidative stress
  • caused oxidative stress,the reason of developing cancer

And globally, that presently translates to nearly 5 million deaths a year. Put another way, someone loses their life to smoking every 8 seconds somewhere in the world.
