Most people who do want these free games are kids, who's parents probably dont want their kids using their credit card. Trust me, I know what its like to have your kids nagging to use your credit card. However, if you kids have a bit of cash just go to somewhere like Harvey Norman or Target or wherever in America and buy an iTunes gift card. $20 can get you a few games, and if you really are stuck for cash, then just work for your parents. I'm sure they would rather you worked for the $20 or however much rather than have you nagging them for their credit card. I'm sure they would appreciate your help around the house aswell.
