Making home made ice cream is a great past time of mine and my family. And i hope your's too.If not then i'm sorry! But you are in the right place know.I'm going to tell you all you need to know to make your very own homemade ice cream.
When my freind's and family try my ice cream they just fall in love with it.They all want to know what my recipe is .And how i made such lip smacking good ice cream.And like my grandaddy told me (ALL GREAT THING,S TAKE TIME AND LOVE)And i love homemade ice cream!!
Ok then let's get started first what you need electric ice cream churn i use a hand crank just taste better when you work for it.
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup of whole milk(not 2% or soy uucckk)
2pint's of fruit your choice (blue berry"s yea)
3/4 cup cane suger(a little fresh cane syrup)
7 teaspoon's lemon juice
First thing first you want to chop up your fruit.second you mix all the ingrediant's together very well.Third chill the mixture in the freezer for twenty or so minute's.I also put the insert churn in the deep freezer before i even start that way we are ready to go churn baby churn.After you ingrediant's
are chilled ad them to the churn and let it go injoy.
On a side note i like to make stawberry ice cream and ad 5 or 6 drop's of blue food coloring and tell everybody that it is blue berry (lol)I hoped you enjoyed this info good luck and good eat's.
