Imagineering, a proven concept of increasing your revenue for your home based franchise and on-line business opportunities, but with a new twist. Imagineering is a way of dreaming your future and then taking the action steps needed to make your goals actually happen.

Imagineering really dates back to Walt Disney and his dreams for one of the most magical places there are; Disneyland. He formed a company actually called Walt Disney Imagineering and the employees are, you guessed it, called Imagineers. These are the people that are responsible for the Disney Theme Parks, the restaurants, hotels, etc.

How can you take the concept of Imagineering and turn it into taking your home based franchise and on-line business opportunity to the next level? Before you do anything, you will want to know what your goals are and then picture them clearly in your imagination. This is not a new concept, Napoleon Hill writes about it extensively in Think and Grow Rich. Here are a few suggestions to get you ready for using Imagineering:

1. Start by dreaming Big. I mean really big. No idea is too small or too limiting. Ask yourself these questions: What would you want to achieve if everything were a possibility? What are the benefits of achieving the goals that I am setting out for myself? What are the action steps that I need to take to get myself to the place where I ultimately want to be?

Ideas and dreams can pop into your mind at any time during the day. For me, I usually do a lot of brainstorming when I am on a good run, but they can pop up while you are thinking in the shower, cooking dinner, literally any place. But for many, a quiet place, free from distractions is the best for letting your imagination really go. Get really comfortable, close your eyes and let you imagination just start to dream of endless possibilities that are available to you today. When you come up with some great possibilities, start to write them down. As your write your ideas down, you might come up with extensions to your original thoughts. Let your imagination really go. Remember, nothing is too big, too crazy or too insurmountable. Everything is possible….

2. Now that you have the starting block of all of your dreams, you must now form your dreams into an actual plan. Remember nothing ever gets done without taking the actual action steps to make your dreams come true. Write down your dreams. Then start to brainstorm on how you can take your dream to the next level and make it your reality.

If it is starting your home based franchise or on-line home business opportunity, take a look at what businesses are available to you. What are your interests? Who would be your mentors? What would be your start up costs? What kind of marketing would be best? Will you need to take some classes for copywriting, learning Pay Per Click or developing your own Ezine? Remember the possibilities are endless, you just have to get your plan organized and then start to take action one step at a time.

3. Now you need to implement your action plans on a daily basis. But don’t stop there. Evaluate your results and if they are not exactly what you want, then make some adjustments. As I like to ay..Change..Adapt…Grow. Change..Adapt…Grow. As you continue to implement changing, adapting and growing, your home based franchise will transform into your incredible Imagineering Dream, bigger and better than anyone had ever expected…except maybe for you.
