There are so many people who are losing jobs these days due to business closings, and lay-offs. It is a terrible news not only for the people who lose jobs, but also for their dear ones. But don't give up hope; and don't forget to Pray every day and at night. Maybe you are equipped with skills that can help you navigate these difficult times, and maybe even come up with some enterpreneural ideas. To start with, here is something to start with, and maybe even expand:

1) Tax accoutant: Do you do your own taxes? Surely then you can do them for someone else. If you don't have confidence, then get a Turbotax kit or Taxcut and learn how to do them on line. You can get these from www.Bestbuy.com, or www.ebay, or amazon. You can also go to the IRS web site at www.IRS.gov, or your local library, and get forma and more ideas. Spread the word around that you will do taxes for people to generate income. Charge around 100 to 200 dollars per tax.

2) Freelance writer: Did you ever write essays, term papers? Do you like to talk and discuss everything and anything? Can you put your thoughts, ideas & words on paper? If you can, then go to sites like www.hubpages, www.Associated content, and www.Triond to get published. You donot need to pay to get paid- just be willing to write and write and write.

3) Mechanic: Spring season is starting. that means lots of people will need spring cleaning, their air conditioners checked, lawn mowers fixed. Send out flyers as well spread the word through your friends. Get self help books from library or www.amazon.com

4) Sew: Can you sew? Do you have a sewing machine? See if you can sew curtains, pillow shams, lacey towel sets, etc. You get the idea. Let people bring the material to you, or you buy and sell on order. Don't forget to take some samples drawings. Make sure you can deliver the product as you show on paper. Or get books from amazon.com or library for sample ideas. If you sew at home for yourself, and you got lots of complements, there you go.

5) Powerpoint projects: Advertise on internet or in Pennysaver that you will make presentations for people, especially if you are good with powerpoint. God only knows where it will take you if you are good with the work.
