Insomniatic Illustrations part 1

As another sleepless night drearily wanders on, I have opened my eyes, refusing to waste time "trying" to sleep when I know it is a futile effort, only to realize I am out of cigarettes. I suppose I will slide on some clothes and make that journey to the strange man that works the night shift with his tuft of bleached hair and exchange money for the cancer sticks. Perhaps on my return i can tell my facebook friends I can't sleep again and hope for the pity and recognition of someone else who can't sleep that kindly leaves me a comment to tell me so. I need to finish writing the novel, but my thoughts are so cluttered in these late hours that it rarely ends up being productive to attempt to add order to the chaos.

So, this will be my release. I have decided to start these little hubs on these nights that I can't sleep. Some of it may be very random writing, poetry, or the random adventures I may decide to seek in such occasions. I'm sure this work of my impending attempts to write something of interest may be considered sub-par, perhaps that one person will read it, likely not, but alas, it is something. I can only promise that it will be interesting, hopefully not too offensive, as my random thoughts can tend to be at times, at least thought provoking at best. So stay tuned as I intend to turn my frustration into reason. I'm trading in the frustration of a sleepless night and attempting to give it purpose. That purpose is my peace of mind, whether it passes on to others and changes form is not my concern, only the salvation of a cluttered mess being cleaned and hopefully drooping these eyelids into dreams.
