Review of the New Jetspinner and JetSubmitter

Update Novmmber 1, 2008

The submitter is chugging away as promised and when I went today I noticed that the article preview pane is now working. That was my only complaint about the service, so I am very happy.

Update September 21/08

Recently I received an email from Jetspinner indicating that they are still accepting free members and that they would allow members to submit one article with Jetsubmitter to 20 article directories. I guess the idea is that you can test the submitter to see how it works.

Update September 10/08

I am now back using Jetsubmitter2. It allows you to do the spinning within its program rather than using the separate Jetspinner program. I spin the article using notepad and then copy it into the spinner page. My only criticism is is that it would be nice to a have a preview module so that I could see what some of the spun articles actually look like. They also have a human article spinner service available now and I have used it with success. However I have now learned the easiest way to spin articles. I have outlined that method in my blog at http://hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Write-Articles-for-Jetspinner-or-Jetsubmitter.

Update February 23/08

Well, the verdict is in. The submitter works perfectly, however, I have cancelled my subscription. The article spinner also works as advertised, but I just don't have the time or inclination to hand code all the text variations necessary to make truly original articles.

Update February 6/08

I have written another article, and as I said before it is a tedious process. The Jetsubmitter is busy submitting to 15 sites per day. So far so good.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I just tried the program, and out of 500 spun articles they were able to successfully submit 179 articles to various article directories. I think that was pretty impressive. It would have taken me days to submit those articles by hand.

The initial article setup with the Jetspinner was a little fussy to do at first. But I was able to quickly get the hang of it. It isn’t like a Content Spinner where you go through the article and just substitute synonyms for various words in the copy. You have to type in exactly the different words, phrases and even select whole paragraphs that you want randomly inserted. It is basically a numbers game, they just spin the article with all the different permutations of your words, phrases and paragraphs. The difficult part is making sure that all of it makes sense and that the paragraphs you select to be randomly inserted will make sense in the finished article. In other words, don’t select the paragraphs to be randomly inserted if you need them in a specific order.

I don’t think that I would want to use the spinner to rewrite articles to publish in my blogs or websites. It is easier to do it myself, which is exactly how I felt about a number of content spinners I tried.

The program has many options; you can schedule your submissions from a few each day to hundreds. The spinner will allow you to spin from for 50 to 999 different versions of your article.

I was able to go in and look at the successful and unsuccessful submissions, and log into to edit articles at the article sites. Some of the sites required manual submission and those were highlighted in red. Quite a number did not have a suitable category for my article. If you have ever tried to manually submit articles, you know what a pain it is. Writing the articles is work enough for me, but manually submitting them just drives me a little crazy.

I have tried the free versions of article submitters and directory submitters and found little success. Depending on your writing activities, the submitter is worth the money. I will probably keep the subscription for a few months at least to see if I can increase my page rank as well as traffic.

Jetspinner is 100% free and Jetsubmitter is offering a $1 3-day trial of Jetsubmitter as a launch promotion. You will probably need the whole three days to give it a trial run.

I have also tried the free version of Jetsubmitter - it was a little confusing at first - but for free it did the trick.
