One Man action or one man show meaning on man performing a show. This is direct, straight and simple meaning of one man show. One Man show is generally in the field of music, magic or any other show.

I am trying to give different meaning of one man show. One man leading or/and misleading a group of people or entire world. This has good impact and bad impact. Michael Jackson is one I would like to quote. He has made a huge impact in the whole world in positive way. There would be hardly anyone who have not listened his music.

Now let me say about bad impact of one man show at a "higher level". If the person does not check his or her common sense the impact would be damaging to everyone.

Some trusted assistants mislead the higher level in such a way that the bad impact is irreparable. The responsibility of the top level is to check as per rules and procedures on certain action and decision. A person has to use his mind and brain for any critical decision. The person should not go as per illusive misleading information of assistants. If the higher level person does not use common sense and does not care for irresponsible decisions because there is no other higher level to punish him or her. Such higher level person lacks Ethic and not qualified to stay on the position.

There are certain aspects one has to think of before making irresponsible decision. These are: Name, Shame and Moral. Animals do not have these things (for any immoral actions). Animals do not have ‘brain power' to judge of immoral activities. Immoral action is such an action for which no one can do anything to a person but has negative impact in the society and the world. "God will see such things from Heaven to punish in due course to the person or persons concern".
