As a result of her job as one of the tough as nails trainers on NBC's The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels has become an extremely popular weight loss and fitness guru. Not only does does she have her own books and DVDs, but she is also one of the first personal trainers to get involved with the Wii Fit!

Her program, Fitness Ultimatum 2009, uses the popular Wii Balance board to put your through your work-out, so you get a fitness routine that is lots of fun, and it will help you get in shape.

One of the things that I really think makes Jillian Michaels different from a lot of other guru fitness trainers is that Jillian was actually overweight at one point in her life. So many fitness gurus have always been fit and they just don't get what it is like being out of shape. It is that much harder to work out when you are carrying extra weight.

Jillian got involved in martial arts and that's what turned her life around. Her approach to weight loss and fitness for the rest of us really focuses on the core of fitness -- so there's a lot of strength training combined with cardio moves.

You know that on The Biggest Loser she comes off as a bit of a drill sergeant, but we can certainly see that she gets results!
