Have you ever heard of people trying to lose weight with juicer recipes? Well this has worked for many people including myself. Juicer recipes will offer you more nutrition than you can ask for. It will keep you energized and feeling healthy. Since we all know that fruits and vegetables are extremely essential for good health. This is an excellent way to consume them.

It’s very easy to make all you need to do is buy the freshest vegetables and the freshest fruits, wash them, put them into the juicer and juice away. It only takes a couple of minutes to wash and a few seconds to blend.



Vegetables are full of water and rich in fiber and very low in calories. Low calories means that vegetable juices can not cause weight gain. In fact it will fill you up with vitamins and minerals without the excess calories. High in fiber means it will keep your digestive system running smoothly at the same time does a cleansing. A vegetable diet also prevents bad breath.

Fruits on the other hand are not only loaded with vitamins but also sugar and calories. If you are on a weight loss plan fruit juices should be taken on moderation. Unlike vegetable juice too much fruit juice could cause weight gain. So be careful when it comes to juicing your fruits 1 glass a day of fresh fruit juice is all you need.  Have the fruit juice as a healthy treat for dessert.


Here are a few of many wonderful weight loss juicer recipes that I have personally tried out:

Weight loss juicer recipe:

1 beet
5 carrots
1/2 beet
1/2 cucumber
1 celery rib
Try this with a small piece of ginger.

Cleansing recipe
4 carrots
1 celery stalk
1 apple
handful spinach
½ lemon (optional)

The following is my favorite dessert; I have this sometimes for breakfast. It is very refreshing on hot summer mornings:

Watermelon juice helps weight loss

2 cups watermelon, cold
2 cups cantaloupe, cold
Adding a little fresh ginger will go a long way.


A juicer recipe for weight loss is always a good way to begin a diet regime. Remember to ask your doctor before trying a fruit vegetable diet. It’s normally good for people to detoxify their body with this diet even every once in a while but it’s not for everyone.
