The Importance of Keyword Density

Keyword density is an indicator of the number of times the selected keyword appears in the web page. Keywords shouldn’t be over used, but should be just sufficient enough to appear at important places on your site.

If you repeat your keywords with every other word on every line, then your site will probably be rejected as a spam site. This happened once in my blog when I repeated my keyword in every post I made (each post have about 3 main keywords). And I have 9 post displayed on each page of my blog. My blog ranked in no.4 in google for it search term, but it only last for 5 days before google de-listing it. So my suggestion is you must aware about keyword density.

Here’s some tips that I use to check keyword density.

1.Download firefox web browser at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

2.Download firefox extension that can be used to identify keyword density, you can easily search it on the search box, there’s a lot of extremely useful tools there, I recommend you to sign up for free account there, because with sign up for an account, you can download and install the experimental extension (which is sometimes so great).
