SEO Basics

Search engine optimization is a methods to improving the ranking of a website in various search engine lists.The SEO refers to "search engine optimizers," an consultants who takes optimization projects on behalf of clients' .



Search engines display various kinds of listings in results pages (SERPs), including: pay per click advertisements, paid inclusion listings, and organic search results.



Early search engines

Initially, all a webmaster needed to submit a site to the several engines which would run spiders, to "crawl" the website, and store the data.

The default search-bracket was to scan an entire page for so-called related words, so a page with different words matched more searches, and a page containing a listing would match  all searches, limited only by unique names.

The search engines then sorted the information by topic, and served results based on pages they had crawled.


 PageRank, has been important to the Google algorithm . PageRank relies on incoming links and uses the logic that each link to a page is a vote for that page's value.

The more incoming links a page had the more "worthy" .

A few years after  the first Internet search engines. The operators recognized  that some are from the webmasters were making efforts to rank  in their search engines, and manipulating the page rankings in search results. In early search engines, such as Infoseek, ranking first was as easy as grabbing the source code , placing it on your site, and submitting a URL to instantly index and rank that .


Due to the high value and targeting of results, there is potential for an adversarial relationship between search engines and SEOs.

They are

2) Reciprocal links.

1) One way links is a link which is only a way .
One way link can actually be highly beneficial if you can achieve it in the first place.
it coming into your website means that your site is somewhere worth being.The search engines like to see it

To achieve it you have to hard work . But it possible, as a SEO expert should be able to reap the benefits of one way links.

2) Reciprocal links are those which you actively seek from other websites,

In this type of links to and from your own website, you are actively choosing to be associated with these other sites.

This means that the websites you reciprocate links with must be relevant to your own website, Business and online presence as while linking between sites is seen as a good thing by most search engines.

This link with sites similar to your own will mean that the sites you link to will be just as helpful and relevant to your visitors as your own site, therefore in recommending your site to search engine users by awarding it a high ranking.
