Kidney's

The Kidneys help remove waste from your body. They rmove drugs and poisons from your blood. and they help keep the balance of minerals and water in your blood. Kidneys also help keep your blood pressure normal. They help make red blood cells. They aid in keeping your bones strong.

Chronic Kidney Disease

Anyone can get this disease. At any age. You are at a higher risk for getting Kidney Disease if you have diabetes or high blood pressure. Your kidneys can be damaged as the result of hereditary diseses, increased urinary infections, lupus, and or medications. Complications of chronic kidney disease can often be prevented or decreased by getting treated early.

Medications

Your doctor will decide which medicines are the best to use based on your symptoms. It is important to always check with your doctor before taking medicines not prescribed such as over the counter or herbal or even vitamins.

Test to determine Kidney Disease

The doctor will gather information about family history, blood work, physical exam, and other test such as urine and urinalysis to check for protein in the urine.to determine if you have kidney disease. Consult your physician at any time you feel there is a problem with your body.

signs and symptoms

Most of the time you do not find out you have kidney disease until it is in the advanced stages. Some symptoms may include:

  • dry itchy skin
  • swelling in the feet and ankles
  • cramps in your sleep
  • need to use the bathroom more often.
  • poor appetite
  • trouble sleeping
  • tired and having less energy
  • troble concentrating

I am working really hard to get info out but it takes time and I am getting old so My brain takes alittle bit of time to come up with ideas

I highly reomend Nephrocap. Its a prescription only vitamin for renal health. Ask your doctor about it. Good luck!
