Some kids as young as 13 are making money online, and in some cases, make more money than you can earn at your 9 to 5 job.

Kids can make money online in a number of ways, but the crucial point is that this must be done with parental supervision, especially with children under 16 yrs.

Recently came across a website that showed how a 21 year-old high school dropout had made over a million dollars with internet marketing. And he did that in his first year!

Kids can create self-created T-shirts by themselves, open an online store and sell globally. And you parents can help them with transactions. Also, creating online stores enables them to sell any number of other products. Kids love games and can make money by selling games online. There are companies that will offer their affiliates a free store to sell their products. EBay and Amazon are 2 large companies which allow creating an affiliate store and selling their products.

FREELANCE WRITING

There are many freelancing services out there, and depending on the reading and writing level that your kid possesses, they may be qualified enough to write for other people. If your kid is at 7th grade level, and above, they can write and get their message across. Any complex writing is not necessary as long as the point can get across. That is the main goal. Kids always have to write essays or do a report on a project for school anyway. Been doing it all the time at school. They can use this expertise to create their own report on a subject they are passionate about then sell it online for profit. The report only has to be 7-20 pages long, and it should only contain content that people or other kids can use.

PAID SURVEYS

Another way that kids can make money online is by filling out paid surveys. This will be very easy for them to do, and its something that is highly profitable. Very young people and adults as well are filling out paid surveys online. It is a legitimate opportunity and kids can expect to make about $2 to $5 an hour.

OFFERING ONLINE TUITION

The young generation is more computer savvy and smarter regarding the use of computers and the internet. Why not let them offer online tuitions to the older generation about using the Internet, or any operating system. Earning money by offering tutorials may require you initially financing a good quality headset and webcam for their use. They can pay you back from their earnings. Help them spread the word by getting out flyers, and distributing them locally.

EBay wont allow minors to set up an account, but parents, you can create an account for your kids. Once the account is set-up, your kids can start to create items such as crafts, artworks, etc and earn money by selling items that they create on eBay. They can also sell on eBay items found in garage sales, estate sales, boot sales, garden sales, junkyard items, or, any other item they purchase at giveaway prices. EBay is one of the best options to help kids earn money online.

Supervising your Kids Online Money Making Venture

Allowing your kids to make money online is a great thing, but they must be supervised closely.

Always monitor them with their online job. The internet is a global community, just as any community, and you wouldn't let your kid wander aimlessly in your community now, will you?

The kids must ensure that their website should be about things that OTHER KIDS will be interested in.

Parents, you  should also check periodically to see if your kids are using any illegal means to make money online.

Whichever way kids choose to make money, either by working locally or using the auction sites to make money online, you should be guiding them so that they do not get obsessed with making money and forgetting their all important studies.
