But with Kraft Macaroni & Cheese you have to make sure that you're not buying it from a 3rd party on Amazon. If you are, then you can't subscribe and save. This offer is not only for Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, it's for many other grocery items. This is a fabulous chance to save every time you buy your food staples.

As you'll see from the recipe suggestions below, I am a huge fan of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. And I do subcribe at Amazon to save. That way I always know that my pantry is stocked with my recipe staples and I know that I'm getting a good price. Sometimes at the supermarket I can't find just the right Kraft Macaroni & Cheese product either.

My Kraft Macaroni & Cheese recipes have been collected from the "back of the box" over the years. When you find one you like, you should write it down, because they often change them. These recipes all incorporate vegetables into the basic recipe. Kraft has also created organic and whole grain versions of their macaroni & cheese line. So those options are open to you as well, if you would like to add a more healthy option.

Kraft Macaroni and Cheese with Peas and Bacon

Kraft Macaroni & Cheese can be the starting point for many wonderful "home-cooked" meals. I have served this pasta dish to company and not one of them realized they were eating Kraft Macaroni & Cheese. (To accomplish this, I tear up the box, turn it inside out, and put it inside a bag and then hide it in the trash.)

So start with a Box of Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese, prepare it according to the directions on the package. Stir in frozen, fresh or canned peas. If the peas are fresh then I would cook them first and drain them. If you're using canned peas, drain them first. Spoon this cheese and peas mixture into a 1.5 quart casserole dish. Then take enough cooked and crumbled bacon to top the casserole. About 3 strips of bacon if you just want a taste 5 or 6 strips, if you want to make it heartier. Bake about 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

I serve it with hot and crusty, prepared frozen bread rolls, a hearty green salad with a light vinegrette dressing. And a dark red wine.

If you're serving this as a side dish, it'll serve 4. Quite frankly, Leo and i can woof this down - although we probably should have left-overs.

Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese with Peppers and Dill

Kraft Macaroni & Cheese with Broccoli and Peppers is a fabulous and fast way to use up leftover vegetables. If you have a garden, this is a delicious way to use up all those peppers and asparagus you find yourself with every growing season.

So start with 1 7.25 oz. Kraft Thick 'n Creamy Macaroni and Cheese Dinner. Simply follow the directions on the package to make it. Then stir in 1 cup of cooked and drained broccoli. Add in 1/4 cup of chopped red peppers and 1/4 cup of chopped green peppers. I like to sautee these in olive oil until they are tender crisp. Season with 1/8 teaspon of dill or to taste. As a said you can substitute asparagus for broccoli.

This is one of my favorite side dishes. I often serve it at barbecues with grilled chicken and a crisp white wine.

Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Tuna Noodle Casserole is alive and well in this house and a package of Kraft Deluxe Macaroni and Cheese is my "secret ingredient." This is the ultimate comfort food. It's lets watch a football game on Sunday night food.

So as always start with cooking the macaroni following the directions on the Kraft Box. Then take a bag of frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower) and put them in a colander in your sink. When you're macaroni is cooked pour it over the vegetables to both drain the macaroni and thaw the vegtables. Of course you can always use your own garden vegetables in season.

Stir in the cheese sauce, 3/4 Cup fat-free milk, 1/4 bottled Italian Dressing, 1 12-ounce can of Tuna in water and drained, and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish, cover and cook for about 30 minutes (or until bubbly) at 375. Top with remaining cheese bake for a few more minutes until melted.

I serve this with a huge loaf of Italian bread, so we can sop up all the cheese sauce and some Sam Adams beer.

The Kraft Mac & Cheese with Peas and Bacon recipe sounds sinful but delicious. I smiled when I read you served it to company after turning the box inside out. :) I think I'll be trying this recipe soon and I seriously doubt there will be any leftovers - thanks!

I don't think Leo and I have ever had any left over when I just make one box. If we want some for lunch I make a double batch.

Nice Hub. And coincidentally fortunate, I presently have several boxes of the stuff, so I will be trying one of the recipes very soon
