Lane Garrison: Tweener on Prison Break
57
For fans of Prison Break, the name David Apolskis might ring a bell; if not, the name “Tweener” definitely will. The young inmate - who got five years in prison for inadvertently stealing a baseball card worth thousands of dollars – is played by up-and-coming actor Lane Garrison, a 26 year old Texas Native.
In his teen years, Garrison was a thief, which is ironic given his role on Prison Break. At age 17 he moved out of his mother’s house and in with his Pastor Joe Simpson, the father of Jessica and Ashley Simpson. This arrangement didn’t last long though, and when he was 18 he moved from Texas to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career.
While Garrison is best known for his role on Prison Break, he has had small parts in films such as Quality of Life and Crazy, and can also be seen in the upcoming Mark Wahlberg thriller Shooter.
