Dubai, one of the most developed countries in the world is currently planning to add a jewel to its architectural history.Dubai engineers have started the new project with a budjet of $817 million. The massive 670 metre tall bridge is expected to be in service by 2012.

Construction starts next month and is due to wrap up in 2012 after running some $817 million dollars. World’s first vacuum tube mass transit system will launch in Dubai shortly thereafter.

This bridge, envisioned by NY architecture firm Fxfowle, will be the largest and tallest arch bridge in the world, at one mile long and 670 feet tall.

My thought is not how much it will cost but what is the unerestimate going to?

In Nsw the say $200,000,000 and it ends up almost twic as much.

The design looks exquisit.
