The Layman's Guide to Steroids, Mick Hart's guide designed
provide instructions on healthy ways to use steroids and
performance enhancing drugs, shines some positive light on the
controversial subject of steroid use. In an age where sporting
events are constantly being rocked by scandals and allegations of
foul play, this book is a welcome change of pace. Mick Hart has the
facts and experience to back up the claims his book makes along
with plenty of attitude to boot. He is even willing to subject his
own son to the methods in The Layman's Guide to Steroids to prove
that he stands behind his product 100 percent.
Mick Hart, the author of The Layman's Guide to Steroids, is a
world champion bodybuilding trainer from the UK who has worked in
the business for more than 25 years. He is responsible for 80 first
place finishes in some of the best known competitions in the world.
He has been interviewed on BBC and other British television
channels and is a regular contributor for bodybuilding magazines
around the world and he writes and publishes his own magazine
entitled "No Bull Collection." Given his impressive background and
years in the bodybuilding world, readers can be sure that what Mick
Hart writes about steroids is both honest and reliable.
Mick Hart challenges negative stereotypes attached to steroid
abuse, including a host of health complications. He does not deny
that these side effects exist, but rather explains how they are a
result of steroid abuse and not simply steroid use and that these
medical complications can be easily avoided if readers stick to his
simple routine.
Mick Hart blames the media for negative portrayals of steroid
use and criticizes them for only focusing on cases of steroid
abuse. It is easy to see why the idea of a guide on steroid use
would be a bit unsettling for some. Numerous reports of athletes
testing positive at Olympic events, disqualifications year after
year handed out at the Tour de France, and public suspicion of high
profile athletes such as Barry Bonds taking performance enhancing
drugs in Major League Baseball have all led to the negative
portrayal that Hart speaks of.
The Layman's Guide to Steroids makes the process of taking
steroids simpler by focusing more on the practical aspects, such as
choosing a steroid, proper administration, and close monitoring of
diet and exercise routines, and less on technical medical
information like chemical interaction in the body and other
biological data.
To demonstrate the effectiveness of his steroid taking
routine and to prove that it can be done in an intelligent and safe
manner, Mick Hart had his own 23 year old son, Chris, participate
in The Layman's Guide to Steroids program. According to Hart, after
only 11 months of taking steroids and training his son had gained
significant muscle mass and was even able to qualify for a
bodybuilding competition afterward.
With its simple instructions, "no bull" attitude, and easy to
grasp explanations, Mick Hart's The Layman's Guide to Steroids is a
very useful workout book. It attacks many of the negative
stereotypes attached to steroid use and gives readers a no
nonsense, detailed guide for bodybuilders who want to maximize
their workouts using steroids effectively and wisely.

Check Out Mick's Sons Results After He Uses The Layman’s Guide To Steroids Methods
In order to prove the effectiveness of the techniques
featured in his new book The Layman's Guide to Steroids, Mick Hart
used his own flesh and blood, 23 year old son as a sort of "guinea
pig." Mick's son, Chris, followed a strict schedule and routine
that was by the book.
The Layman's Guide to Steroids is an instructional book with
the purpose of informing bodybuilders how the proper use of
steroids can be both highly beneficial and safe. Its step by step
instructions demonstrate how steroid use, when done in combination
with intense exercise and nutrition, can greatly enhance and speed
up the muscle growth. These instructions are organized in a manner
to realize the full potential of steroid use and to prevent any
harmful side effects. The idea is that if it will work for Mick
Hart's son, it is sure to work for you.
Chris Hart decided he wanted to prepare for a bodybuilding
contest one year in the future. In order to make this possible,
Chris sought help from his bodybuilding trainer father. From there
the training began.
The first couple of months included a period focused
primarily on building mass and also included lots of exercise. This
first period started off as a routine of three days of exercise and
four days of rest, but by the time three months had passed, Chris
began to work three days in a row with only one day of rest in
between. Steps were also taken to keep his metabolism high. For the
first six months, Chris's diet was very strict. It included the
usual breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but portions were rationed and
supplements were added.
Steroid use began immediately and during the first six
months. This was kept to a minimum though and used mainly as a
supplement to the physical training process. Two simple low dose
cycles were used at this time. After the first six months, more
steroids were used and given to test their effectiveness on Chris.
Three months before the competition, Chris had acquired a
great deal of mass and focused on creating muscle definition. At
this time Chris's body fat index began to decrease significantly.
Six weeks before the show, Chris's bodyweight was at 196 pounds
which was considered too much to compete, so he aimed to lose 20
pounds while managing not to lose any muscle. This time was known
as the "fine tuning" period.
Closer to the competition, Mick began giving his son small
amounts of growth hormone and a new steroid cycle was administered,
also done in small doses and quite effective. By the time the day
of the competition arrived, Chris was in great shape and ready to
compete. At the end of the day, Chris had qualified for the British
Championship. This was made possible simply by following the
instructions outline in The Layman's Guide to Steroids.
