LED Light Bulbs gives only one directional light, so the light goes where you aim it. These lights have a different look, they emit a wonderful glow that will accent your Christmas display. These light bulbs are manufactured for cost savings on electrical bill, they do not allow you to configure runs of lights on traditional cords that exceed the recommended lengths from the manufacturers of your existing cord.

C7 and C9 Christmas Light sets can be set up with 2-3 lines offset by 50% or 30% of the spacing between the individual bulbs and connected to a multi channel controller that will cycle throught the 3 channels. This will give your lights a marquee effect. (This is also a good approach for outlining signs.) Even though they are rated at .65 W per bulb, you can't string more than 200 feet of C9 or C7 wiring in a single run. Standard C7 and C9 wiring pulls far more current than our Commercial LED light sets.

If you want to run more than 200 feet of lights you must use our commercial LED Christmas Lights. These bulbs in conventional cords will not work for your application if you need over 200 feet.

LED bulbs are closer to the color of daylight which studies suggest is good for staying alert. Our LED light bulbs can be used to replace your standard fluorescent or halogen light bulbs. The bright, white LED light produced by our LED Light Bulbs works especially well for task lighting and reading light. LEDs not only produce light more efficiently, they also have a tiny mirror that reflects light in one direction. A more directed light means less wasted lightand less electric consumption.

The best way to start using our long life LED light bulbs is to try a regular bulb on your porch, in a ceiling can, task or accent light, or maybe replace a bulb that you leave on at night. To get familiar with LED light bulbs, we recommend you experiment with different lighting combinations and see how their reduced light output works for you. With LED Light Bulbs and just a bit of planning you can create a more interesting lighting environment while cutting down on your electric bill.
