life and all the wicked in it why do these such things happen

Some may answer the devil made them do it. Others may think God told them to do it. Some hear voices telling them to do it. Some are insane, some selfish, and some interpret religious beliefs the way they want to. Some just lose their temper when reaching a point considered their "last straw".

People have the capacity to do good and evil in their hearts--some choose to do good mostly, evil mostly, or a combination of both. It can lie in their upbringing, situation in life, or the capacity to choose right from wrong in their lives.

It happens and there is not much that can be done about it. People will do what they always do--what they want and some just don't care how it effects others.

The weather happens as well, due to the way it runs its course. Buildings can't be stable and around for all time. Things just seem to happen when it's their time.

The only way to stop such things is to know ahead of time what will happen and try to prevent its coming. Unfortunately, it would likely take being able to predict the future and we still haven't found a way to do that perfectly.
