We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America

Recently the progressive left has been describing the United States Constitution as a “Living Document.” Their inference is that this stalwart of our government is the life’s breath of our freedom. That presumption would be correct, for most of us, however these Liberal Progressives are talking in code. That presumption is what they want you to think they mean. If you crack the code their real meaning is these people believe this document is in place to be changed and amended to their progressive wants.

For the record, The United States Constitution is a defining document.

I direct your attention to the phrase in the preamble “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity” these words clearly without equivocation define our founding document as incontrovertible.

The President believes, per his opinion of the Warren Court, “the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. It says what the states can’t do to you, it says what the federal government can’t do to you, but it doesn’t say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf,” plainly believing he can do what ever he thinks is in your best interest whether you like it or not, claiming that deed to be in the “public welfare.”

The left will lean on Article V allowing the congress to propose amendments to the constitution half believing and half wishing only their State’s “chosen representatives” have the right to vote in such an event, as they are hopeful. These liberals must constantly be reminded any such vote for the adoption of an amendment to the Constitution must be tabulated by a ¾ majority of the individual state Legislatures not Legislators. A very big difference in opinion and clearly where the power of the Sleeping Giant lies. The liberals however will lean their hopes on a skewed interpretation by the Obama revamped Supreme Court to attempt change in this covenant. The appointment of Judge Sotomeyor is evidence enough to demonstrate intent.

Many believe this Article will be the first to undergo assault clearing the path for future transformation. Followed closely by the Second Amendment.

Our current president also has used this Living Document Code. Excerpted from his 2^nd autobiography “Audacity of Hope” Mr. Obama writes:

“Ultimately, though, I have to side with Justice Breyer’s view of the Constitution—that it is not a static but rather a living document, and must be read in the context of an ever-changing world.” Indicating the change is not only compulsory from time to time but under his administration, eminent, and to conform to his personal and political agenda.

Mr. Obama also believes the Constitution is but a tool to be used to accomplish “redistribution of wealth” and the agenda of liberal progressives, listen to Mr. Obama's description in his own words below from a 2001 radio interview.

Arguably, Mr. Obama when taking his oath of office, did not believe in the words he recited, perhaps that’s why he stammered during the ceremony, foreknowing he would not defend the Constitution but was then preparing to, and will lead an assault to defile it.

The Oath as defined in the Constitution Article II section 1;

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

There have already been rumblings of impeachment; such an attack certainly would be grounds. Any action controvertible to the Constitution’s tenants could by definition of;

Article VI “The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution;” be considered impeachable via the final statement of;

Article II, section 4, “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

The buzzword of the Obama Campaign, and his Administration is "Transition". The liberal progressive minded all voted for change, a word that has a completely different political connotation than that of the Administration's definition of Transition. Many would define change “as the political want to effect adjustment to the status quos in government.”

This is not what the Obama machine intends.

The Obama Administration’s intent is to radically change our form of government and thereby our lifestyle, limiting the liberties and freedom guaranteed by the Constitution and accomplishing the goal of redistributing the wealth. Code for a socialistic society.

“ One of the, I think, tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so court focused I think there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalitions of power through which you bring about redistributive change.” (Barrack Obama 2001)

All of the current legislative negotiations over health care are smoke screen, devised to keep our attention away from the true goals. Yes these people do indeed want single payer (another code word, for Government run) healthcare, but only as a part of an overall scheme to fundamentally “change” our form of government.

The banking “crisis” and impending foreclosure debacle is just another portion of this plan, the thought being, the more homeless there are, the more these people will rely on government for their well-being. The coming foreclosure storm thereby will fit perfectly into the Cloward and Piven strategy of an orchestrated crisis.

Rahm Emanuel, the President’s Chief of Staff and closest advisor is quoted echoing this strategy, “You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.”

In so, this administration, even during it’s candidacy, by announcing sweeping taxation increases with the healthcare proposals and Cap in Trade legislation sufficiently scared the markets enough to produce massive unemployment. Go back and look when the markets began to fall. You will find it began when John McCain clenched the Republican nomination and it was all but assured Obama would win the election. Conveniently, the left has Mr. Bush to blame for the fall, but the truth lies in the statement above.

And if you don’t believe this is all planned you maybe on the foolish side of the issue. Mark my words by spring 2010 the foreclosure monster, born from the Community Reinvestment Act of the Jimmy Carter Administration and then retooled during the Clinton years, will be released and “the crisis” will accomplish two goals in one fell swoop, redistribution of wealth and the seizing of full governmental control.

This man, whose backers have hijacked the Presidency, has been plucked from obscurity and thrust into a position where the left can finally realize the goals they have been savoring since the sixties. Do you believe it was just coincidence that Obama delivered the keynote speech of the 2004 Democratic Convention? He has been groomed by the far left for a very long time to do their bidding.

My father told me years ago, as he watched the civil unrest on the TV news of the sixties, his biggest fear for this country was Nikita Khrushchev's prophecy to “bury us from within.” This comment and the shoe-banging incident of 1960 at the UN are often confused as one in the same. But Khrushchev made this prediction in 1956, perhaps kicking off the “leftward turn” of academia, which is the basis for the forwarding of the progressive movement. Unfortunately, as evidenced by the past election, my father’s fears appear to be well founded. If this is not coming true, why are there so many people with Marxist, Maoist, and Socialist backgrounds in our White house.

Our Constitution is a hallowed document outlining the greatest governmental system ever devised, put in place to protect the rights and freedoms of an oppression-hating people. This is a document of supreme importance, and not just for Americans, but as an example to the world to admire and emulate.

There are now over 305 million people in the United States, 56 men signed the Original Constitution, How many more would sign given the opportunity?
