They want to look better in swimsuit, zip up a pair of jeans or simply to have a beautiful six pack abs. They are not aware of the potential dangers to their health that a fat belly represent.
Here are some fat burning exercises tips to lose belly fat
Jump Rope (1-2 mins) - You must begin by performing two jumps for each turn of the rope. As a Safety precaution you must use the correct size jump rope and must try to always land softly on the balls of your feet ( the upper part of the bottom of your foot).
The nest 2-3 mins you must squat thrust into a push up. During this exercise you must stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms strait down next to your sides. Squat down slowly with your head forward and bring your hands to the floor just outside of your feet. You hands should be pointing forward as well. Then push your legs back in one movement and out behind you (into a pushup position).Finally you must perform one strict pushup and then jump back into your squat position and then stand back up.

Okay, there has got to be some better exercises for this. I am heavy chested, so jump roping hurts. Not to mention my arthritis in my knees prevents me from putting too much stress on them. Also, my upper arms are not strong. Although I would hope to get to a point where I could do the second exercise, I need something now until I do.
