Oh yes and definitely do the calorie deficit...when I first started my deficit was 800 calories per day and that was it. While it is not smart to crash diet or starve yourself just to fit into a smaller wedding gown, there are several things you can do to naturally and effectively drop a few extra pounds and tone up, so that you will not only look your best on your big day, but feel your best too!
Hi loseweightfast24, thanks for the visit and your comments. Though i may not seem advisable, i usually have to diet rigorously for a few days to fit into some hot attire when i need to. After that, i just go back to eating normally, ( eating which isnt much anyway ). But its definitely not the right way for everyone i must admit.
