When it comes to lose weight there are two groups of people :
First, the ones who know how to- and DO lose weight.
The second group...they wish, they've heard about...and would try to lose belly fat, but somehow they don't seem to succeed. And i'm talking about 95% of all the dieting people.
I really believe that in order to succeed in your efforts you must know first what didn't work so far. What is that missing piece in your weight loss puzzle.

First, Most Diets Don't Work
Otherwise how you explain the 95% of people who can't lose weight, or they gain it back right after finishing the diet?
Dieting industry is a multi billionare one because we all need and try to get rid of fat, and we constantly fail, and move on to next diet. We all try hard and pay a lot of money.
I know you are confused, and frustrated, but let's concentrate a moment why most diets don't work for you, and for that matter, for few more million people.
Incomplete or Contradictory Advices
The more you look for correct information in your quest to lose belly fat, the more confused you become. Eat less, no, eat MORE, low-fat against low-carb, low-fat AND low-carb against everyone else, walk in the morning, walk in the evening, fast a day or don't you dare to fast, and when nothing really works, its genetics! That's it!
Diet Against Modern World
A major problem when people start dieting is trying to sustain the regime while being constantly bombarded with food advertising. You must have enormous will power to resist such a challenge. And what about social life, hanging out with friends? Sorry, i don't want that pizza, bring me a cabbage soup, please!...
Hunger is another factor driving people crazy about food, so they end-up in the nearest fast-food. Is easy to say "don't eat that", but how many of us can really do it?
"Healthy" Junk Food
Most of our modern "healthy" foods are the same junk in a new disguise. Only because it says "diet" or "healthy" on the label it doesn't make it healthy. But we are reassured that we eat the right way and stick up with the diet, they are keep selling their products, and everybody is happy! But who is losing weight?
Diet Food Is Not Tasty
Rice cake ? Cabbage soup? Come on, no matter how much you try to convince your self otherwise, diet foods most of the time taste like cardboard.
The Diet is Great, But Not For You!
Another reason why diets don't work is because they are inappropriate. One size fits all doesn't really work. I'm thinking, for example at my mother, who desperately needs to lose weight. But she have joint problems, get tired very easy and cannot eat certain foods. The best kinds of weight loss programs strongly advertise physical activity, even joining a fitness center. Honestly, i do not see how is that possible for my mother. And for thousands of people who are also aged or have some delicate health condition.
Or i'm thinking at working people, being out all day, and not really having the posibility to find a "healthy" restaurant or to choose what and when they should eat.
But Hey, Don't Give Up Just Yet...
There are still those 5% who CAN lose weight!
You want to be among them, right? After all it can't be such an impossible task to lose weight! Is only some body fat!
Knowing what it takes, what works and what don't, building an effective strategy can make this task possible. You can do it!
So my suggestion, and is only a suggestion, is to get informed before you decide if is possible to lose belly fat or not. I know for a fact that exists out there some good ways to lose weight. You know also!
