Simple...this will tell you how to lose weight the right way.

Well I dont think many people are going to like this hub because of it's simplicity.
You don't need any weight loss pills or crazy diets to lose weight, all you need to do is follow a strict healthy eating food plan and excercise at every chance possible.

EATING:

Easy. Stick to the Health food pyramid shown below. It sounds easy but it's not. You need to try your hardest to follow the pyramid, otherwise you won't benefit at all. I know it's hard to knock back those chips or that chocolate but trust me, if you do you will end up all the more happier in the long run. I believe that weight loss is 25% physical and 75% mental so if you want to get the best results you really need to concentrate on your eating and training your mind to be stronger.

EXCERCISE:

When you are trying to lose weight you obviously need to excercise, but by excercising I don't mean a 2km walk every couple of mornings. You need to push yourself as far as you can every time you excercise because you won't get any fitter otherwise. Try to ride a bike whenever you get the chance but don't just take a casual ride down the end of the street do the block as fast as you can until you physically can't do anymore. Heaps of people quit too early whilst doing exercise, again you need to be mentally tough and keep telling yourself how good you are going to look and feel in a couple of hours after you are completely drained. Swimming is a good way to get fit, however if you don't do it properly you won't get the desired results. Boxing is an excellent way of losing weight as everything is moving and you are concentrating hard. There are heaps more ways of excercising but I won't go on and tell them all. But the one thing that I can't stress to you enough is that if you don't push yourself to the absolute edge both mentally and physically then you wont reach your maximum potential.

I hope this helps you in reaching your goals. I will suggest that you write out a training regime and stick to it and you also don't weaken off and take those chips or that chocolate.
