We are a nation of couch potatoes and are somehow surprised when we learn our blood pressure is elevated. Put down the remote and move around. Walk to work. Park further away and take longer to walk from the car to the mall entrance. Use the stairs rather than the elevator. Throw baseball with your kids rather than playing a video game with them. Get outside and enjoy the day.
