PAGE 2: "HK lawmakers unite against Macau over entry denials; Legislators urge security chief to get tough with neighbor"

Headline Implication: This is what they are saying, but what will Ambrose Lee and DONALD TSANG actually do, considering that they love China and are part of the establishment in cracking down on freedom?

According to casino mogul/tycoon Stanley Ho, speaking in Beijing, "These people are troublemakers. THEY HAVE STIRRED UP S*** in Macau before and there is evidence. The 500000-person march led by a person named Ho. It was "wonderful" (that) Macau had the new national security law to maintain order: "It will be a huge loss for Hong Kong. Hong Kong will be less safe".

Implications/Analysis/Comments/Remarks: Stanley Ho has crossed the line. He is being hawkish in favor of China to an extreme. Also, the use of the word "s***" is unprofessional, but unfortunately this has been the culture under Edmund Ho and Donald Tsang who are hardliners in favor of China along with Secretary for Constitutional and MAINLAND Affairs Stephen Lam (surely, Donald Tsang added the word "mainland" to that job title). Finally, he seems to be happy that Hong Kong will be less safe. Why would he think like that?

Affected People: University of Hong Kong professors Johannes Chan & Law Chi-kwong and SCMP photographer Felix Wong (who had accreditation from Macau authorities). This is incredible.

"Tsang raises issue of denials of entry with Edmund Ho"

According to Tsang, "I have channeled the concerns of the Hong Kong people to Mr. Ho and he has listened to our views. I believe (that) the chief executive will understand our feelings".

Implications/Analysis/Comments/Remarks: This is exactly what Donald Tsang said about universal suffrage and now this has become universal suffering with universal suffrage being pushed back, first until 2012 and now, it has been delayed 5 more years, until 2017. Since this issue involves individual rights and freedoms, we're likely to see the same result: bickering followed by Donald Tsang and Edmund Ho shoving ideas down people's throats because from past experiences, that's precisely what happened when sensitive issues such as these were brought up.

So what was Ho's response? "For the perspective of port management, there are laws governing the procedures. It is difficult for me to comment on each case. I believe (that) we will not do anything unfavorable to normal and beneficial exchanges".

Implications/Analysis/Comments/Remarks: As expected. Ho's most significant statement is "It is difficult for me to comment on each case". Translation: 'Let China handle it' again.

PAGE 3: "Jobless rate may hit 8 pc employers' chief warns"

Implication: That would be close to the US national unemployment of 8.1% and Donald Tsang will still be claiming that Hong Kong will be the first to rebound because of MAINLAND PRIDE AND CHINA'S 8% ECONOMIC GROWTH (while surely pumping up stock indices). He is ignorant.

CITY: "I thought about committing suicide"; Tearful Gillian Chung tells of how she coped after the Edison Chen photo scandal"

Chung to TVB general manager Stephen Chan: "There's no privacy anymore. I showed everything to anyone and no matter what I do, I'll get the blame. But dignity is the most important thing. I blame myself for doing such a foolish thing".

Why did she take those photos or, more specifically, why did she allow herself to be photographed in sexually explicit poses with Edison Chen? "I don't know. I don't want to lose...(?)

Implications/Analysis/Comments/Remarks: What did you not want to lose, Gillian? Finish your sentence.

"After the outbreak, Chung attempted to return to work as usual, making an appearance on a TVB charity variety show, but it drew more than 2000 complaints from the public. Chan said (that) it accounted for more than a quarter of the complaints the station received a year".

Implications/Analysis/Comments/Remarks: People are angry and disappointed that people who should be ambassadors can do such outrageous things, but, unfortunately, this is the nature of the entertainment industry all over the world. If entertainers and politicians don't do stupid things to spice things up once in a while, life would be boring for the media and a lot of other people.

Chung continued: "I called my mother and I cried really hard. I said to my mother 'I'm exhausted. I can't stand it anymore'. She was very supportive and said 'If you want to quit, then quit".

Implications/Analysis/Comments/Remarks: This is fake. Another example that could be put on 'Girls gone wild' on porn sites.

"Chung will make an official comeback next Tuesday as the regional ambassador for TOUGH Jeansmith for which she will earn a seven-digit sum. A Bauhaus company spokesman said that the company first approached Chung IN THE MIDDLE OF LAST YEAR, believing her toughness and willingness to face challenges fit the brand's corporate image".

Implications/Analysis/Commnets/Remarks: This is the second farcical face of the sex scandal and it's still unfolding. Can we seriously call Gillian Chung "tough"? This is a joke. SHE IS NATURALLY WIMPY. If she was truly tough, she would simply say 'Yes, I was involved in a huge orgy that I never should have been involved in' and move on instead of crying like a baby and acting as if she is a victim when she like Cecilia Cheung, Bobo Chan, Rachel Ngan and Vincy Yeung clearly seemed to be enjoying the fact that Edison Chen seemed to somehow be having sex with 5 different women at the same time when the event initially occurred. Who will be the next crybaby to come out?
