there are some places in our world that make us in a wild misterious way.......and words cant say that........when words are not enough.........machu pichu is such a place............once that was the major place of the great Inca civilization.it s  now situated in Peru.Unesco made it  the world heritage place.it s situated in between two mountain peaks one smaller and other higher.Incans ruled here in the 15th century and it is revealed again infront of the world in 1911.and UNESCO made it the world heritage place in 1983

Machu Pichu....I've always wanted to visit....I went to Peru in 1977 but was unable to visit Machu Pichu....I still dream of going some day.

me also tonymac....ther s some magic behind its misterious environment.and recently i was inspired again by an article tha i read in 'readers digest' and in that the author tells spending a night at this misterious place will be really an experience

I lived in C.A. for a while (Guatemala) and lived right next to the ruins in Huehuetenango. What amazing construction. I would love to go to Machu Pichu someday. Thanks for the Hub
