Why Do Some Males Have Gynecomastia?
Gynecomastia is not a pleasant condition, nor is it rare. In fact, one in three males have it or will have it in his life. Big breasts in large men should not be confused with gynecomastia. While overweight men can have gynecomastia, much of their enlarged breast problem can come from being overweight. In many cases, a male develops gynecomastia in his teens although it may not become noticeable until much later.
Another large number of men will begin noticing breast tenderness or large breasts as they reach andropause (male menopause). In the majority of cases, once a male reaches his 40's he begins to gain weight. Andropause is caused by the body producing less testosterone and thereby raising the estrogen. This creates lowering of testosterone which can be controlled and in most cases should always be done naturally.
If you are a parent of a young man that is showing signs of puffy nipples, talk to him and let him know that it's common and that they may get teased about it. There are exercises your child can do or compression garments made just for Gynecomastia they help hide enlarged breasts.
If they are older, they can take supplements like Gynexin which has been said to work in 99% of the cases. Gynecomastia is not a hopeless condition, although it may seem that way to the sufferer. You can get rid of man boobs and it isn't as hard as one would think.
What does happen though, in so many cases, is the gynecomastia is allowed to progress because people don't know there are treatments that can help. Oftentimes the condition is left untreated by a person thinking he can just work out his chest more and that will take care of it. It won't. In order to treat gynecomastia, in most cases, you must target the hormonal imbalance in order for your gynecomastia to go away.
Man Boobs Cure or "Cover Up"?
Man boobs can be very embarrassing and therefore most men who have the condition wouldn't consider leaving their home without a big loose shirt. They just don't like to even consider doing things such as going to the lake or mowing the lawn without a giant t-shirt. Imagine if you never had to deal with what to wear and could take your shirt off in self confidence that if people do look at your chest, they are admiring it.
What would your life be like if you never had to worry about trying to hide your puffy nipples? Most men with man boobs feel depressed and instead of trying to make themselves look better, they do the opposite and give up on themselves, thinking that a bigger body could help hide the appearance of gynecomastia. Unfortunately, this only makes the breasts larger.
Is There Really A Cure For Gynecomastia?
Yes! And sometimes the man boobs cure is in "elimination" or "time". Before you understand how to lose man boobs, you need to understand why you have them in the first place.
- Are you going through puberty? Most signs of Gynecomastia will be gone within 2 years if this is the case. This is true in 75% of young men going through puberty. You may wish to wear compression garments, but no treatment is necessary in most cases.
- Do you drink alcohol a lot? This could be the reason you have enlarged breasts. Drinking reduces testosterone and raises estrogen. The same reason men have a trouble getting an erection if they've been drinking. Marijuana does the same. So, you can lose man boobs by eliminating drinking or marijuana use from your daily activity.
- Steroids, either prescribed or not prescribed by a doctor can cause gynecomastia. As with alcohol consumption, elimination can help.
- Are you overweight? Losing weight and reving your metabolism up can help burn excess fat in your body
- How old are you? If you are around 40, you could be going through Andropause (male menopause). Andropause is a hormonal imbalance. It's when your body makes less testosterone and estrogen becomes the dominant hormone. This, in fact, is why most men get gynecomastia in the first place. The good news is, there are hormone balancing supplements you can take. They'll make you less crabby too. Also, hormone imbalance is the number one cause of male pattern baldness.
Is Surgery A Cure For Gynecomastia?
Surgery is certainly a treatment for gynecomastia and can eliminate the look of your man boobs. But as conventional medicine and treatment often goes, it treats the symptoms and not the problem. So surgery does cure the way a person appears. It will get rid of the appearance of Gynecomastia. However, if the reason a man has gynecomastia is hormone imbalance, the problem is still there. Surgery does not rev the metabolism or balance hormones, it simply gets rid of the man boobs. More problems will occur.
Many men have discovered that a product called Gynexin is the answer to their gynecomastia battle. Before you make the risky and costly decision to undergo painful surgery, you may want to consider giving it a try. It's the only known all natural and safe alternative to surgery. By getting to the root of the problem, which is hormone imbalance, gynexin is like targeted fat removal without the need for costly surgery.
