Marriott’s Beach Place Towers is another member of the Marriott Vacation Club family. This resort offers timeshare ownership like many other Marriott resorts. The towering structure fronts the Atlantic Ocean and provides views of the Intracoastal Waterway too. Beneath is a complex of various shops and restaurants which adds to your convenience.

Accommodations are offered in different options. You can enjoy a studio type or one to two bedroom villas, fully furnished and elegantly appointed. They provide all the comforts away from home – especially the full kitchen with complete cookware and tableware. The villas are spacious enough to sleep up to 8 members of the family. You can very well bring your friends too.

Many reviews of this property can be found disappointing though. Most of the problems encountered were related to the parking arrangements and fees needed to be paid even if you are a guest. It is very much suggested to not bring a car. A cab ride from the airport is short, and you can get bus passes from the local bus system to get around Fort Lauderdale. This alternative seems the better option if you want to rid of the hassle.

Furthermore, pool area is rather small and is very much a letdown. The lifts can be unbearable at times too. Also, if you cannot stand a few days out of maid service, you would have to pay a rather hefty amount to avail daily housekeeping.

Other than that, the resort staff is friendly and willing to help as much as they can. The beach area is spectacular, and you can get chairs and umbrellas from the hotel at a small fee rather than having to pay a large amount at the beach. Altogether, the Beach Place Towers can bring you a great experience, only you really have to have a lot of understanding and patience.
