Are You Looking for Blissful Meditation?

Mediation is a powerful way to relax your mind and body. Years ago I found that by simply slowing my heart-rate, I could understand things more clearly.

A cluttered mind of uncontrolled thoughts can drive you crazy! Ahhh...the joy of just being able to get away from it all and just relax. Many people go on a vacation, only to add more stress because of flight issues. Even when people go on vacations they can still bring their problems with them.

The wonderful part about meditation downloads, is you can be anywhere and enjoy them with your head phones. Just think, you can be using your laptop and within seconds listening to a bubbling brook or some jungle drums.

My experiences with mediation go back to learning Tai Chi and developing self-awareness. In our busy world, it is easy to be carried away by negative news and congested traffic. One of the greatest skills to develop, is telling yourself to slow down.

It is so easy to get mad or get into a hurry and later regret it. Trust me, this takes some practice but it is well worth it.

Will getting mad or being in a hurry solve the problem? Of course not...we learn to react to lifes disturbances by our surroundings (family, friends ect...)

Meditation allows you to step back and see more clearly what was previously clouded. I will never forget a master of Tai Chi asking me if I was relaxed.

I told him I was and he gave me a lesson I never forgot. He took my hand and put one finger under my pinky finger and said, "are your relaxed?"

I said, "Yes!" He let go of my pinky finger and my hand stayed right there! I thought I was relaxed, yet there was still tension in me and it showed by my arm not falling down when he let go of it.
