They will appear on news UFC - Ultimate Fighting Championship, as well as its entire history. I will speak also of Pride FC known in Japan and on the current Dream series that is like the Pride.
This sport, the mma must already be known by many off you guys. It is more of sports grew in recent years throughout the world.
What is the MMA - Mixed Martial Arts Fighting?
MMA is a sport where the fight practitioners are not restricted to a specific style of martial art from which comes the name Mixed Martial Arts. The sport allows to use any coup or more different technique of martial arts as Kickboxing, boxing, muay tai, jiu-jítsu, Brazilian jiu-jítsu, Gracie jiu-jítsu that I will also speak on this site, karate, judo, grappling techniques, Ground fighting and many others.
The good fighter is not one that dominates all the martial arts, not only because it would be impossible but because this is not the objective of the MMA - Mixed Martial Arts. The best fighter is one who dominates arms and legs techniques in any situation, know techniques of martial arts but not practicing isolated, must learn to combine various techniques of defence and attack, you must have a good cardio and endurance, has to develop strength and more important for me to have the timing right, where almost everything is decided.
In the MMA - Mixed Martial Arts, not anything goes, ie already earned and valley but also in fighting illegal. The sport evolution much in recent years and were introduced rules and thus more restricted, one hears professionalism of the MMA. Although this is a contact sport of fighting, the aim of all this development is increasingly preserve the physical integrity of the athlete. The fighters are increasingly technical level to the fight, which makes the show of MMA exciting.

What is a Knockout?
Knockout is an indirect mechanism of action. The coup fits into the edge of the cheese or the jaw. The Brain is a body floating inside the box cranial. It is separate from the cranial cavity by the meninges and the cerebrospinal fluid.
When a fighter receives a hook embedded well, there is a sudden and violent rotation of the head. As the brain floats, it is lagging behind the rotation of the head and enter into collision against the cranial cavity. That is causing the shock knockout - which is called "brain component of the knockout," the loss of consciousness.
The Anatomy Of The One Punch Knockout
There is a second aspect that concerns the balance and tone posture. The human body has 3 types of receivers that the report on its position in space:
The retina, which records the image that desfila before the eyes.
The internal Listened, after the tympanum, which records all positions of the neck and head in space.
The neuro-muscular beams located inside the muscles of the neck, which tells the brain the position of head and neck in space.
There are 2 large centers that regulate muscle tone and balance: the cerebellum and spinal bulb. They are considered the information submitted by recipients. It leaves the controls that are intended for the brain.
When there is brutal rotation of the head, the 3 receivers: retina, the inner ear and neck muscles are over-stimulated. It is a stimulation that the individual is capable of producing alone. The body is not equipped to receive and deal with such violence. In all living beings, not when the nervous system "understands" what is happening, because it is not programmed for this, everything is stopped by 3 to 10 seconds. It's like a sudden cut of electrical power. There are loss of balance, because of the interruption of postural tone: pendem their arms, legs fraquejam, there is no muscle tone. The image recalls that of a baby unable to remain standing. This is called postural component of the knockout.
These two components, brain and posture, are always involved in the knockout. There are 2 kinds of knockout:
The predominance of brain, which are the most dangerous
The predominance of posture, which are not as dangerous
Examples of knockout predominance of brain: the fighter is in the middle or end of the fight. We have led many blows, is tired, is dehydrated. His ability to monitor, esquiva and blocking is reduced. His tone cervical, above all, is fragile. Receive a hook or uppercut: there are sudden rotation of the head, which is not absorbed by the muscles of the neck. The rotation is more than 69 of the collision brain vai be strong.
Example of knockout predominance of posture: The fighter is the beginning of the fight and is harvested from cold: not led many blows, is not tired, or dehydrated. A good muscle tone in the level of cervical neck. The hook or uppercut is followed by sudden rotation of the head: the rotation is absorbed by the cervical tone, then the brain will be less risk because the impact will be minimal brain.
