Membership Blueprints

Membership Blueprints describe the membership-based recurring income internet-based business model.
Hi and thanks for stopping by. On this hub I'm planning on providing Information and advice about starting and running a successful and profitable membership site online.
As you probably know, most of the really successful internet marketers were not really and consistently successful until they started their own membership-based websites. And it's pretty easy to understand why when a membership model offers recurring and predictable income. But almost NO ONE knows about just how easy it really is to get started.
With the training, tools and technology available these days, starting and running an internet based membership site is not nearly as difficult or as time consuming as you might think.
There are a huge number of membership-website models available including blogs, forums, web 2.0 style sites like Facebook, Twitter and a ton more. As such it can get pretty confusing when you are just starting out.
Even Wikipedia doesn't have a very clear description of just what a membership is. Check this out:
A member is a person who belongs to a group of people or a group such as a company or nation who belongs to another group like an alliance or consortium. By extension it can refer to any part of a whole.
That is why the Rhodes brothers (John and Matt) have created a new course teaching people how to quickly create a prfotiable membership-based business. The brothers have been marketing online for many years, but got “serious” about it in February 2007 when they first started their main membership sites. Their primary focus is on creating extremely simple business models that virtually anyone can make money from.
Members will get instant access to “over the shoulder” videos that reveal exactly how to create membership sites (the “technical stuff”) and discover powerful methods to drive 1,000s of people into their memberships, reduce member dropouts, and how to deliver killer content to their members every month.
Now of course one of the things people immediately think about with these internet marketing product launches is "Is it a scam?" My honest answer (because I haven't seen the course yet) is I doubt it. I've benefited from the Rhodes brothers products in the past and they do actually run membership sites. So they are actually "walking the talk" so to speak. Which, to be clear, is not always the case with these internet marketing products. I've actually seen products where people are just speculating about the strategies they are proposing. Doh!

Autoresponder Membership Websites
Here is an example of just how quick and easy, both technically and effort wise, it is to start a membership business.
What you need:
Autoresponder: An autoresponder is basically an automated emailing system, which can send pre-written, personalized messages at predetermined times from when a person joins. I llke iContact
Series of emails: You could write these yourself or outsource it.
4 page website: If you don't have your own hosting account you could even use a free host like Wordpress.
What to do:
1. Write a series of helpful tips and advice about your topic.
2. Load these to the autoreponder account.
3. Get the sign-up form from your autoresponder system.
4. Create a single webpage which explains the benefits of someone joining your email membership. Add the sign-up form to your thank you page.
5.Sign-up with a payment processor like Paypal.
6. Create the subscription in your payment processor and add the code to your webpage.
7. Send traffic. When visitors pay send them to your thank you page to sign-up.
Sure that simplied it quite a bit, but those are the basic steps to creating this type of membership business. And most of it is really easy to do or to have outsourced.
