To answer this question is in two fold.

Firstly, realtionships with coworkers can work if the pricinples of relationship was practice and accept by both party. Relationship involve agreement of both of you. If you can agree together in unity, surely it will work. Also, realtuionship involve self sacrifice. Both of you must ready to sacrifice yourself for each other. Ready to pay the price of frustration amongst other coworkers. Because many will not happy with your relationships, but once you allow real love to involve with your agreement to build your realtionship, surely it will work.

Secondly, if both of you are not ready for it, there is no way it can work. Therefore both of you should ready to abide with fews pricinples above in order to make your realtionship with coworkers work.
