If you ever dream or want to be a superstar athlete, then you need to work hard and get exercise often. It is better to train your skills, in whatever kind of sport you play. The tennis players should work on the technique, golfers must try to improve their swing, runners must work at their own pace and we must all work with great determination in any competition that we participate in order to win. Infact, it's not new to anyone - all of us know this, even if we don't get involve insport. We used to hear people say "Practice makes perfect", but have you ever considered the need to develop the mind? What have you done recently to strengthen or develop your mind? Now, I would like to share you three kind of brain exercises that you can do at home to help in the development of your mind and spirit. Why not say to a new level? Well, let me explain these exercises, and then you can try to go by yourself:
- Try to imagine three dimensional shapes in your mind and rotate it around, keep monitoring it in your mind as it goes. Start with simple symmetrical shapes first, you can switch to other forms in time, after many sessions, it is fine if you fall asleep by doing this, you will have nice dreams.
- Upon arrival the previous with the best jump in one of the tracks and become the particle, viewing zipping around the planet, the sun, the Milky Way, the faster and faster. You divided into several pieces reunion with you a backup copy, and create a spark, go faster.
