The introduction of the technology and the internet, the explosion of the informaion in this age has caused many people to make a common mistake. They confuse motion vs strategic movement. If you are like most people you are probably busy all day long, trying to meet the needs of your family,your coworkers and everyone around you. And that's the problem right there. You are feeling too busy to change yourself to the better. On the other hand, when you change yourself to the better, that's when the magic happens. "To have more you have to be more", right? But the current lifestyle we have makes it impossible to work sufficiently on ourselves. I will give you some quick guidelines in order to cope with this busy lifestyle.

   What's the difference between motion and movement?

   Motion does not move you forward and it does not enable you to make progress towards your goals.Movement on the other hand, will propel you forward and help your unconscious mind uncover the hidden resources you have inside of you and motivate you to take action. Internal resources such as courage, enthusiasm, intelligence etc. lie within us all, but our lifestyle suppresses them.

   Focus always preceeds success in everything you do. If you are going to become succesful at something you are not going to do it by chance or by hard work alone. You need a plan. Strategies enable you to be focused. I know that time is our most scarce resource today so make sure you plan your day n advance, the night before. If you want to become succesful in network marketing you need to constantly invest in your education. So set aside daily time in which you are developing your skills.

   Did you know that by the time most people die they will have spent most of their lifetime in their cars? Amazing isn't it? That's why you have to turn your vehicle into a university on wheels. Optimize your time because every second counts. If you are commuting in your car and you are listening to music it's wasted time. It's gone. It has added nothing to you. You must focus on yourself. When the bills come they say your name right?

   So work on yourself. And work hard. If you really want to become a top producer in the network marketing business you must earn your position there and stop making excuses about your situation. There are many people with very grim situations who have committed to achieve success and they made it. Why not you?

   So what is my strategy for coping with stress?

   I simply make it a point for investing in the education of myself for 2 hours. It could be as simple as a A4 paper in which you seperate into half hour time blocks and then fill in the space there with the subject of your choice. For example, I set aside 30 minutes daily to read books which will teach me how to be a better marketer.

   Be careful though. You must take action also. Self education is going to pay off in the long run, but you need to take action on a daily basis. Prospecting or promoting your business through videos or articles is a good example of this. I definitely set aside at least as much time as I do on educating myself.

   Since we are talking about optimization here, you wouldn't want to study a resource on the book and then find that it's not valid or what you were looking for.
