Energy at the Gym

If there is one thing I hate seeing it is people drinking energy drinks at the gym. Drinking energy drinks before you work out has to be the biggest mistake you can make before working out. All of the sugar in these drinks is what ends up getting burned when working out so in the end no fat is really lost. The other big problem is that after the work out your going to crash out and be drained rather then feeling energized. If this sounds like you I have the perfect solution to this problem. I was introduced to a product a few months ago that not only gives you energy but supplies you with your daily dose of essential vitamins and minerals. I have tried this before its actually really good and works. I drink it before class every morning and it gets me through the day
