- Stay away from places with high temperature because heat can further aggravate nausea.
- When you are very sensitive to the smell of certain foods or other stuff, make it a point to carry a handkerchief sprinkled with a few drops of essential oil that you can breathe into.
- Stick to foods that don’t give off a strong smell for you. It doesn’t matter if such food tastes bland. The important thing is that you keep yourself from getting nauseated.

- When cooking, use microwave ovens more frequently because this produces fewer odors.
- Never skip meals. Your baby needs all the nutrients it can get.
