Do you want to end morning sickness quickly and easily with long lasting

Here are a few tips that might help...


Tip # 1

Firmly press an accupressure site that lies 1/6th of the way between your wrist and elbow, in the middle of the inner side of your forearm.

Tip # 2

Ginger has has been clinically proven to relieve nausea. Take 250 mg three to four times a day in capsule form (do not exceed 1 g) or drink 5-6 cups of the tea throughout the day. Ginger can also be taken in capsule form 250 mg. three times daily.


Tip # 3

Keep active: CO2 buildup in the blood can contribute to nausea, which can be reduced with the help of activity such as walking and swimming.

Tip # 4

Vitamin B6 - 50 mg. daily. Vitamin B6 has been shown to help with pregnancy nausea.


Tip # 6

Ask your doctor about a device that stimulates the underside of your wrist with a mild electric current. This device costs about $75 and is available by prescription or online. It's safe, and research has shown that this works well for many women.

Tip # 5

Get in enough protein. Try eating before getting out of bed in the morning...crackers usually work nicely because they are dry. Try also stay away from fatty foods.

Tip # 7

Eat a few spoons of grated garlic mixed with honey. The garlic will take away any sensation of nausea that you are feeling. Keep a piece of garlic in your hand and smell it every now and then to take away the nausea.

Tip # 8

Dehydration is a main cause of nausea and headaches. Aim for 2.5 litres of water daily. Try to stay away from sugary drinks.

Tip # 10

Get extra sleep and rest, since fatigue is so common in early pregnancy it can also add to nausea. Taking naps and getting extra sleep each night will help relieve morning sickness.

I did well with B6 (daily) and 1/2 a Unisom pill (every other day).

The combo really helped.
