Networking for bloggers is hard enough and finding other bloggers to visit your blogs, make comments and even do guest posts can take up a lot of time. But top bloggers like Darren Rowse from Problogger.com say that it is important to build relationships with other bloggers as it can boost your reader count and also help keep you up to date with the latest blogging news in your chosen niche.

You can look around different blog directories like Technorati, join online blogging communities like MyBlogLog, ask bloggers to review your blog and exchange links with you but all this takes a lot of time. You can also join social networking sites and bookmarking sites and add blog posts to different categories and make contact with other bloggers like this.

But what does it take to really get your blog noticed and build an online blogging community?

You need to get subscribers to your blog and there are many different ways you can do this. One of the most popular and most common ways is to use a Feed burning service like Feed Burner, add a subscribe by email box to your blog using a simple HTML code, add your feed to RSS directories and wait for subscribers to keep flooding in. Your feed will show your latest blog posts and if you add a subscribe to this feed badge to your blog, any reader can use their free feed reading service to keep updated with your news. Services like Yahoo, Google, AOL and many others are free and let you organize all your feeds for easy reference.

Networking with other bloggers will also help you to get more subscribers. As more bloggers exchange links with you, blog reviews, add you to their blog rolls and connect with you at social networking and bookmarking sites you will find that your become automatically becomes more popular like this and you will get more interested and targeted visitors to your blog.

It is worth taking the time, then to network with other bloggers so that you can build on your blogging networking and build a solid blogging community.
