The new improved back office (where the training and business managment happens) was made simpler to use, after listening to the associates who had new members in their team, who struggled with the set up, the team revamped the system to include a set up wizard that goes through everything step by step, helping new members to start marketing the business quicker.

In full, the business system is just as before, the training and coaching had more added to it to keep up with the social media trends, also, the company conducts more live training calls and webinar's.
