God has no doubt made women beautiful not only by her face but also by the body. Those curves in the women body can drive any body crazy. But there are some women who by some reason are not able to attain proper sized breast. This disproportioned breast size as compared to her body makes her less attractive and it's a fact that no one pays attention to her their by her beauty is being disgraced. It's really painful for women when she is not praised for her beauty and is ignored by many. There have been many surgical techniques now days by which one can increase the size of breast.

To achieve breast enlargement, women prefer the breast augmentation surgery. This is the quickest method and the results are very quick and obvious. In breast augmentation surgery, the surgeon will place implants in the breasts. There are two types of implants that are commonly used:

Silicone gel implants - These implants are composed entirely of silicone gel. Silicone is a material that provides the necessary elasticity to the breasts. Though once commonly used, today the use of silicone gel implants is banned. This is because clinical tests have proved that silicone gel can cause cancers in some women if used as a transplanting material.

Saline implants - With the silicone gel implants coming under fire, the saline implants are the ones that are being widely used nowadays. These implants also contain a silicone shell, but they are filled inside with saline gels, which are harmless to the human body.

How to do breast massage?

Women's breasts vary considerably in texture and sensitivity to pressure. Hence, gentle strokes for those who are sensitive or have softer breasts. Moderate pressure may be more effective for those with firmer-textured breasts. A lotion or massaging oil can also help avoid friction, and lessen sensitivity. Gentle-to-moderate kneading, rubbing, and squeezing strokes with the hands are enough to encourage increased lymph and blood flow to the breast. The breast can be kneaded and squeezed by contracting the palm and fingers of the hand.

1. To drain the lymph fluid from the breast, a common massage stroke is a gentle radial outward stroke from the nipple to the outer edge of the breast. This is done by applying light pressure starting from the centre of the breast and making several strokes outwards from the nipple.

2. Hold your breast. But, instead of squeezing it out, give it a twirling kind of motion. Rotate your hands (and thus the breast) in a clockwise motion, followed by an equal anticlockwise motion. Continue this for about ten times.

3. Open out your palms on the breast such that are facing downwards. Then move your palms downwards so that the fingers rub against the side surfaces of the breast. This should be avoided on the nipple, as it may spoil its shape.

A gradual feeling of warmth in the massaged area indicates increased blood flow to massaged areas. To gain maximum benefit and therapeutic effects, breast massage should be practiced daily, as part of a routine - perhaps when fresh out of the shower, since the skin is still somewhat moist. Massage can also be done several times a day, depending on requirement and schedule.

Precautions

Breast massage is a very simple process that can be done by the individual. However, it must be done with the utmost care. Improper breast massage can actually boomerang, like damaging of the glandular tissues that hold your breasts upright.

Breast Exercises

Regular exercise of the breasts is an excellent therapy and promotes development in size, firms the breast tissue and increases the general health and fitness of the breast.

Some effective breast exercises

Exercise I

1. Lie on the stomach, bend knees, and cross your ankles.

2. Bend elbows and place your palms on the floor.

3. Straighten your arms, and gradually lift your body balancing yourself on your palms and knees.

4. Tighten your abdominal muscles.

5. Tuck chin towards your chest so that forehead faces the floor.

6. Bend your elbows and gradually lower your body.

7. Push your back up. Be careful not to fasten your elbows while at the top position of the exercise.

Exercise II

1. Lie on your back on a bench, with your feet on the floor.

2. Holding a weight in each hand with your palms facing inwards, extend your arms out away from your sides, until your elbows plunge just below your shoulders.

3. Raise the weights back up until your arms are nearly fully extended above your chest, with the weights an inch or two apart at the top.

Exercise III

1. Press your palms together in front of your breasts. Hold for five seconds, relax and release.

2. Repeat ten times.

Exercise IV

1. Clutch your forearms at shoulder level, and pull shoulders outward without letting go.

2. Repeat ten times.

All these exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home with the aid of any other trustworthy person. If you are lacking in will power or self-motivation, it is advised to join a gym as a better alternative.

Exercise will not only firm your breasts to produce a perception of a larger appearance, it will also help keep you fit. With a healthy body comes a healthy mind. You may become a more self-confident person.

Keeping fit and getting those chest muscles tight can help stop premature breast sagging in later life.
