There are a whole lot of knowledge and Ideas about natural remedies and herb lore . The Natural diets of our planet has mutated over the years as we all have . Researchers and Herbalist have been doing all they can to keep up with these facts for centuries. Yet none take the place of common sence Fresh air exercise and sleep . The well maintained body is one that has ballance . Now what I know of these come from years of study and trial and error  Iam not a doctor and I would not want anyone to follow what I say with out researching it out for themselves . By all means have fun with your diet  but befor you do any thing with your health alway get the advice of a doctor . I will however share the clinical advice and research I have done and is sources.  Antioxidants:  Canadian Researcher and Americian researchers have done a great deal of research on these topics .  

 

Antioxidants

There is nothing new about the body creating antioxidants it is actually a change in our DNA our blood which creates the changes. This is considered a mutation by scientist and researchers . In the process of digestion the body takes in substance  such as beta carotene and other vitamins and minerals  these are the building blocks that have the antioxidants  these are known for aiding and building our immune system.Minerals roots and berries carry a good deal of these disease fighting gems. They have been around for a long time yet they are not as popular as a apple a day keeping the doctor away.no re are they as popular as the carrot for the eye site , but you can bet your nippy that they will cure the ill that ails you so they say. Clinical research has been done for years on these little pearls Zinc and selieum are also a good start on looking at detoxifying your system
