3. Sugar
Too much sugar in the body is stored as fat, so be careful with

fooled by the packaging advertising that states “95 percent fat-free.”
You may not know if they have reduced the fat and replace it with sugar.
How to anticipate before the problem occurred. What can be done include:
1. Moisturizer. Use your natural body moisturizers, such as olive oil after a bath, especially during pregnancy.
2. Water. Expand drinking water to maintain skin moisture.
3. Cosmetics. Avoid the use of cosmetics and medicines that allegedly could cause allergies, such as roll-on deodorant containing alcohol or birth control pills.
4. Obesity. Avoiding obesity is suspected to prevent the occurrence of cellulite and stretch marks.
5. Scratching. Avoid scratching certain body parts were seized with stretch marks, because it could further aggravate the tear in the dermis layer of skin.
6. Nutrition. Consider always food intake, especially from the nutritional and caloric content.
