In today's marketing world, people like me and you are always bombarded with ads, offers, business opportunities more than ever before. Majority of marketers in both the offline and online world are yelling harder to get their message across. Countless of results have and are still proving that the average person pays less attention to all these 'sale-pitch'. Screaming harder their products, services, business... has never stirred up in you some curiosity, interest of any kind or even a desire to buy. Now if you never asked yourself this question then today is the right time to ask...

 

Earn the right to pitch your business

Why the 'sale-pitch' style doesn't attract you or anyone else to buy from those who called themselves marketers?
If you can't answer, let me help you... We aren't attract to it simply because this style always pictures the marketer has someone very NEEDY. Naturally, we all without exception hate people who yell every second about how needy they are. When you don't earn the right to pitch your opportunity or offer to your prospects you're nothing but another salesperson in action.

Even in our daily life, we'll rather help friends who don't scream out at all about how needy they are. Right? This approach as you can see is very UNATTRACTIVE. Many are not successful in their network marketing business for the sole reason that they are consciously or unconsciously using the above strategy. If all you do on a daily basis is to scream louder than anyone else about your company's product, compensation plan, mlm opportunities... you'll testify that your sign up rate is very low, losing friends and family members avoiding you become the norm.

As I said earlier on, we are all bombarded every day with new opportunities,ads on how to make $15000/month... since we naturally hate these style of marketing we end up never considering any of them. So what do you think your prospect will do when they hear another similar ad which in this case turns out to be yours? What do you think their reaction will be?

 

What your upline or company said is just pure BS

I trust you can answer adequately to the above questions. You might have been taught before by your upline or company that when someone says 'no' to your opportunity they are actually saying they need more reasons before they join, right? Therefore harassing them the more with your mlm opportunity is the solution. This is a big lie.

The truth is they can't be interested for the reason that you're just like all the others who will incessantly pitch their mlm network marketing whenever the opportunity presents itself. So what is the remedy to this insanity? As a matter of fact the remedy is simple, it is this:

STOP!

 

The remedy

Yes, stop pitching your products and network marketing opportunity. Stop being the network marketer everyone else is and be the TEACHER. I know you're wondering how. We'll get to it in a minute.First, let's agree on this one. Say you and other people are led to a place where 100 of cars are parked. The cars are of the same brand and model. Say it's the brand that you and the others like. The only annoying thing is all the cars are of the SAME blue colour. The interior design are the same but one among them is DIFFERENT. One of them is RED instead of blue. In addition to that, the interior design comes with a beautiful touch. Which one do you think you'll rather go for? If you answer RED one then let me remind you that the others who came with you will also want the same.

 

To be unique is the art of differentiation

Why is it so? It is so because naturally we're attracted to things that stir up our curiosity or make us feel important. We tend to appreciate an object or a thing when it's in DIFFERENT shape, colour, design... though it could be of the same brand. I believe you're getting the picture. Mlm companies don't teach their distributors the art of DIFFERENTIATION. This is the art that will cause a paradigm shift in the mind of your prospects when everyone else is preaching, selling, marketing the same way.

Haven't you talked to a prospect before and before you could get to the middle part of your presentation he cuts you and tells you he has already gone through a similar presentation the other day? How did you feel at that point if I may ask?

I'm sure you wished you were the only one who could market your mlm network marketing. There is a desire to be the ONLY ONE doing this or that that arises within. You know well you can't stop other people from marketing your company's product and business plan. So how do you achieve the status of being the ONLYONE? Simple. By being different. One way of being different is to turn yourself into a TEACHER. I don't mean a traditional teacher.

By the way, teaching in itself doesn't make you different but HOW you teach. The fact is thousand of people are already teaching others so you being another teacher is not different at all. The way, as individual, we teach is what differentiate us from others. Therefore our ability to be unique is the art of differentiation.

 

Teaching sells

Is teaching going to only differentiate us from others? Nope. In addition to differentiation, it actually helps us SELL without the pitching flavour attached to it. In fact, it helps us sell in a more subtle way. A way that our prospects feel more comfortable with since it creates for them an atmosphere of being in control. Again, naturally we all hate to be sold but love to buy. Therefore teaching helps our prospects to make their own decision when it comes to buying from us.

Now the next immediate question would be: what the heck am I supposed to teach anyway?
Before I answer the above question, first we have to find an answer to the following:
what on earth do my prospects want and need? Remember, they have to be comfortable and feel they are in control. So what do they actually want? By now you should know what they don't want. What they want has got nothing to do with 'WHAT' your company can offer them... What they want is strictly connected to 'HOW' they will use what your company offers to get what they need.

Let me put it this way. They are concerned about HOW to actually build a successful network marketing. They know that building a business requires skills and knowledge and they know they don't have them. They don't want to join a business whereby they will have to figure out all by themselves... They don't want to go through the same headache their friend or parent or sibling... went through. They want a rock solid PROOF!

Showing them how your upline or someone else made it isn't enough. They are concerned about their own success story...
This brings us back to our first question. What the heck am I supposed to teach? By now you should know the answer. You have to teach them the nuts and bolt of HOW to build a successful network marketing business. You have to be ready to take a chance on them by giving them free information on the subject.

Information they can use right away in their current business or the one they may decide to join in the future. Information that can be applied to even any type of business. They should experience success after using the information or else they will go looking for someone else.

Teaching them how to build a mlm network marketing business in your own unique style will prove to them that you're different and position you as a trusted advisor instead of the annoying salesperson that everyone else is. Who do you then think they will join when it comes down to choosing a network marketing business? I believe the answer to this one is easy.

If you know you've been doing the opposite then repent or else you'll look like everyone else out there yelling their opportunity. You'll just be one of the blue cars that they majority aren't attracted too.
