Nicotine replacement

There are quite a few nicotine replacement therapies available but none that emulate actually smoking like an electronic cigarette.  Like so many other smokers before me I tried the patch more than a few times without success and the gum (disgusting).  But now that I have found electronic cigarettes I have truly found a device that will keep me from smoking tobacco ever again.  The e cigarette is not a quit smoking device at all; it is a way for smokers to get their nicotine without inhaling all of the 4000+ chemicals that are contained in a burning cigarette.

I am still addicted to nicotine but I am feeling better with each passing day.  I can breathe better and I don’t have that nagging morning cough.  My lungs are already clearing up from all of that tar and crud that I was putting in them every day.  The electronic cigarette has been a blessing for me; I only wish I had found out about them sooner.

We all have our routines that need to be broken when we try to quit smoking, but with the electric cigarette I just keep doing all of the same things I have always done but with a healthier device.  Plus I can smoke in a lot of places where I couldn’t smoke before.  When I go to bed at night I can have that final puff of the day without making my wife mad.  I can smoke in my office without stinking it up.  My clothes and body don’t smell like smoke and my teeth are getting whiter already.

Maybe electronic cigarettes aren’t for everyone but I know for sure that they are for me.  I love them and thank my lucky stars for them every single time I use them.  I didn’t even mention how much money I have been saving but trust me when I say it is significant.  The equivalent of a pack of cigarettes costs me less than under 2.00.  With the price of cigarettes going up again soon it makes me even happier that I have switched and they are a great nicotine replacement.
