Non-biased Job Interview

The very worst thing to happen would be to attend an interview where you felt that there was bias directed towards you, or where you believed that the decision to hire had already been made and you were only there to make it seem as though a due process had been followed.

The best way to be sure that you have a non-biased job interview is for you take your interviewers totally by surprise. If you perform so well during your interrogation the question about whether or not to employ you is forced to raise its head! Perhaps there will be regret that the job had already been awarded!

How can you ensure this? Well, the most professional approach is to prepare so thoroughly that you are streets ahead of the competition.

This MUST be your aim - To control your employment interview from the minute you walk into the room. If you do this, and do it the right way, you will virtually guarantee that you will cause them to rethink their position, and determine to find a way to employ you instead.

You need to be different. You need to be so different that you bring the interviewer up short! And then you need to be seen as head and shoulders above the competition. Now you have a non-biased job interview on your hands - that is to say it is totally biased in your favor.

The way do achieve this is by following the Job Interview Miracle Formula . This is so powerful that it will get you a job wherever you want.

I think I generally handle myself well in job interviews, but you've got some good points about making sure the interviewer remembers you above the other candidates.

As an employer when interviewing candidates for jobs its easy to pick candidates who are clearly focussed on what value they bring to a company as apposed to what they may take away. No matter what else is going on behind the scenes, if you are a great candidate who knows the company, if you know its needs and you are both confident and focussed on what good you can bring into the company. The employer will always take a close & geniune look at your application.

I want to concentrate of the job interview, because along with your resume or CV, this is what is going to secure your job, career or recruitment. So here goes! I personally recommend the powerful Job Interview Miracle Formula which can be found at http://www.elitejobinterviewhelp.com Most people are inquisitive to hear about people other than themselves, and asking question by means of an interview is an efficient means of accomplishing that learning. Successful interviewing is not simple, but there are basic steps you can follow to guarantee your interviews are a success and that you gain interesting, useful information about those you interview. I would suggest five basic steps, phone or email|whether you are doing a personal interview or a remote interview by telephone or email....... 1. Research as Much as You Can Beforehand. This ought to be palpably clear, but often it isn't. You must go into the interview conscious of as much as you can about the person you are interviewing. Especially, you ought to know about their likes and dislikes, what could them, and you need to balance this with what your audience most wants to know about them. You use the background information you discovered as a tool to orchestrate the content and flow of the interview. To the question regularly presented in a job interview, tell me about yourself, how do you answer or feel the reply will flow? Always remember that interview techniques are as much about your abilities as the interviewee. 2. Establish Rapport With Your Interviewee. Try to meet the interviewee prior to the actual interview and let them see you are for them and that you are sincerely interested in them. This step involves putting the interviewee at ease about the physical layout and surroundings of the interview, e.g., where you will be, where they will be. If you are proposing to tape the interview, try to make your subject feel comfortable with the technology you propose to use. If you are asking the candidate to answer job interview questions, then you must give reasonable opportunity to do so. On the other hand, if you are going to ask difficult interview questions, what response are you expecting? 3. Control the Flow of the Interview. You are the person doing the interview and you will be basing your questions on the research you did earlier. It is important the interviewee feels free, but not so free that they take control because you have objectives you want to fulfil. Refer back to Step One Always be on the outlook for the unforeseen or for unplanned revelation that might be revealed during the interview. Don't miss out on something good because it unplanned. Be in control, but be willing to follow the lead if the flow looks revelatory. Your goal is to part at the end of the interview with the interviewee required, and to appreciate any bonus that come along. 4. Part on the Friendliest Terms. Be polite and courteous throughout the interview. This will keep the possibility alive for a second interview, as well as create good networking opportunities for additional interviews with people your subject might know. Never destroy a prospective lead because of your attitude. Always wind up the interview on amicable terms. 5. Get All the Spelling Right. Yes, you read that correctly. It is amazing the common names that may be spelled wrongly when you write up the interview. If your interviewee is well known, this might not be much of an issue. But even celebrities have lesser known friends and family members. Don't let spelling those names be a stumbling block for others. How can you be sure the names are spelled correctly? You ask, of course. Even celebrities will appreciate your professionalism by inquiring to get the spellings correct. Don't let a slovenly approach at this juncture ruin your work. Whether it is a career interview or a general interview for information purposes, successful interviewing and interviews may be fun. This is so even if you are planning for job interview basic questions.
